how to do this question?
the centre is (-4,6) and radius is 8 btw

wouldn't u find the length between the centre and the origin because then that will be perpendicular to PQ

and then use pythagoras to work out the length between the origin and Q

cos the centre to Q will be the hypotenuse of the right angled triangle

and then OQ will equal OP

idk though maybe i'm waffling that's what i'd try

Midpoint of a chord is always perpendicular to the centre of the circle

So yh it's just one of them rules
