okay so basically

#

the top cake has 4 candles

#

so draw a line to the number 4 for the first one

the second one

#

it only has 1

#

so you draw a line to 1

#

the third one

#

it has 3 candles

#

so draw a line to 3

#

the second one has doubled of 1 so it's 2

so draw a line to 2

#

the last one has 5 candles

#

so draw a line to 5
