so once youve got 4n^2 then u wanna basically do term 1 from the original sequence minus term 1 of the 4n^2 sequence and so on

-3, -1, 1, 3...

then we find the nth term of that

differnce is 2 for all so 2n

0th term would be -5

so its 2n-5

so original sequence is
4n^2 + 2n - 5
