My current computer is not even a week old, I built it 5 days ago and the specs are a 5070ti gpu, 7800x3d cpu, ROG STRIX X870E-E GAMING WIFI - ASUS motherboard.
The current issue I'm having is that my pc is having insane packet loss on the first hop of my trace route (66%-80%).

I have tried both wifi and ethernet on my new pc and the issue persists. My macbook doesn't have the issue when I test it and has no packetloss from the first hop. I have tried plugging directly into the modem (no internet so not helpful), I reset things, I updated my drivers for my network on my motherboard.
