what they did is use some of the holes to screw the fans from the rad side. then use the other holes to screw the rad

i've seen this kind of bs build before. need to unscrew some of the fans to see which screws are holding the rad lol

these are long screws to go through the fans and the rad

so the bottom 6 screws hold it all in
