#My gpu is dead

ok. so why are you posting about it in tech support if it's dead?
Would have to find out why no power. Which involves a schematic. Which I do not believe amd makes publically available.
repairing such an old gpu is just not worth the time and effort unless you have the knowledge to fix it. bringing it somewhere to repair is going to cost more than buying a replacement equivalent or better gpu in most regions
Not to mention an rx 390 aint even worth repairing
if it's dead and you cant afford to have it fixed, you dont have any options
i think i found the issue
if you don't already know how then it's going to be hard
if it's complicated you need to know electrical engineering
you can try to fumble your way around with gpt4 but odds are it's going to take a very, very long time to fix it
you can try to look for e-waste
look for used old gpus on craigslist and 2nd hand places
if you don't even know how to handle a multimeter then there's no chance you can do this
can't hurt, since it's already bricked
can try to sell it for like 10$ though as spare parts
or idk
like 'decoration'
