Problem: everytime i open my laptop, a particular key keeps typing on its own but it stops when i press that key.

What I have tried so far: Uninstalling Keyboard Drivers, Disabled the sticky keys and all that shi, checking if there's any dirt on that key

Computer Specs: in the picture

shut down actually does not get rid of the key states. restart does.

you can also just press and hold the power button to force a hard restart

if it's still happening after a full restart, it's likely the keyboard is damaged

#

you can find a keyboard replacement for that model for like $10-15

btw, u can kinda figure out if it's the keyboard that's really broken of just a stuck key state in windows. the issue is u'll need a way to isolate the keyboard from the laptop, either by disconnecting the thin cable or disabling it via the device manager. both methods would require you to have a different keyboard (either plugged in via USB or using the on-screen keyboard)
