My computer is trying to shutdown itself but it has been over 30 minutes already. What should i do

is the spiny bit still spinning or did it freeze? if it froze, the pc crashed and you have to hard reset by holding the power button

if it's still spinning it means something is wrong with windows but may be ok with a repair

you will have to hard restart by shutting the pc down

it may say it needs to do a repair when you boot up again

Thank i able to hard reset the computer and i’m running the SFC scan now

did you do dism first and then sfc?
