It's just frozen everytime I boot my pc I just need help

do u have access to any other computers or laptops to get a usb flash drive and make a windows installation ?

you OS could be corrupted

you might have to just reinstall windows

2 things u can possibly do before doing a full reinstall:

1. force the PC to start on safe mode.

2. turn off automatic repair using CMD

In another post they said they lost power during an update and now it blue screens and does this. Pretty sure they need a new system and not format it during installation to save files

losing power during an update is a pain coz u’re pretty much down to luck if u can recover or not LOL

Yeah it's easier just to do an install again and not format the drive so u can save yer stuff from the windows old folder

Or battle it trying to repair the update and good luck your gonna need it lol

There could be a slim chance tho the restore app was on and maybe the dart stuff in the USB drive can restore it but it's a pretty slim chance

i’d still suggest a full reinstall even if u recover as there’s a very high chance something got corrupted
