Hi so I'm having issues updating OpenGl, I've already tried updating my drivers (they were updated already) and updating nivida and I still get the same error for certain games. I would like to know how to fix this. Please only comment if you know the solution thank you. My specs are attached in a screenshot

download and install Adrenalin 24.8.1 (WHQL Recommended)

you need to know if you even have an error code by checking the event viewer
or the device properties for the gpu

there's no device properties for me just device manager which didn't work for me when i tried to use it fix things
also does the event viewer have to be run as admin

if you dont have the admin password for your pc then you are kind of screwed
you would need to bypass that
i dont know why you are going through a whole bunch of other stuff if you dont even know if you have that driver error in the first place

amd radeon
does it say enable in the menu
in the middle at the top of the context menu it will say either disable device or enable device
if it's disabled it should say enable device
