#Monitors go black, PC stays on and the USB disconnect and connect sound goes off

Hardware:
i7-11700KF
MSI Z590 Gaming Plus
Nvidia RTX 3070
Corsair RM750X
Crucial 32GB RAM

Issue:
Twice already today both my monitors have gone black and restarted, my PC stayed on but the USB disconnect and connect sound went off both times this happened. I have Netflix pulled up on one screen and OBS preview in another each time this has happened. My PC is an old build.

There’s a 3rd party program that monitors and tracks USB devices. Let me see if I can find it
