Just in the menu of a game gpu was 88-89, while playing it was 91ish. was never like this before dont know what to do.

how are you measuring temperature and which temperature are you reading? there is gpu temp and hot spot temp. hotspot can go up to 110c, but is normally at or below 95c on the reference model.
what model 6800xt and what orientation is it in? vertical or horizontal? standing or lying in a smaller case? im not sure if it was fixed, but there were reports of 60 series cards having temperature issues in a vertical orientation.

warzone, balanced, i mnto sure about fan speed settings i have my set on normal, h6 flow, asrock phantom gaming 6800xt. i was reading GPU Temperature from HWinfo and Warzone itself was tellign me that the GPU was too hot. it was at around 92 ish i believe while playing and in menu in a game like devour it was at high 80s
just sitting in warzone menu with like 4 apps open its at 77
