wow... that is some unprofessional work. i'd take it back for a refund. that power supply and motherboard really belong in a smaller case

#

and honestly that motherboard is some garbage tier trash and very likely so is the power supply

#

@true geyserwhat gpu were you trying to install? it makes me wonder if that power supply is even compatible with it

true geyser
#

they def did this on purpose

#

can you return the pc for a different model?

true geyser
#

wait ill show the website

true geyser
#

it was 350

#

im so mad

#

they lied so hard

#

my mom bought it for me since it was my burthday

#

they said the integrated graphics could run triple a games on 120 fps

#

and it only did 30-60

#

return it if you can if you want. if you can get that cpu power cable routed behind, you can install the gpu but it may not work on that power supply

true geyser
#

oh

true geyser
#

gpu

zenith sapphire
#

return it if you can

#

no idea what currency you paid in, but in the US a psu that would work with that would cost another $50 for a decent model

#

if it was just $350 it could have been worse

true geyser
#

ok

#

should i keep the graphics card

zenith sapphire
#

guessing you're using euro?

true geyser
#

i bought it separately

#

yea

zenith sapphire
#

the gpu is fine, the system itself is the problem

#

you cant even use your gpu

true geyser
#

oh

#

okay then

true geyser
#

idk why

zenith sapphire
#

then your only option is to get a new power supply

# true geyser do you reccomend one?

depends on your budget. i also havent really been keeping up with all the latest info on power supplies. i usually just recommend 80+ bronze with minimum 5 year warranty and 80+ gold with 7+ year warranty. you would probably want at least a 550watt

#

650watt would alow for more future upgrades since you could actually run a ryzen 7 5700x on that motherboard without adding more fans for cooling

#

a 5800x and higher would require more cooling and honestly a better motherboard
