#DRAM issues not causing PC to Boot

Hello, I am having issues getting my PC to post. It does not even get to BIOS. When I look at my motherboard, the DRAM Light is on. I have tried different boards, CPUs, PSUs, and kits of ram (Both DDR4 and DDR5), but it does not work.

Similar situation, I have another computer, that is having a similar issue but it does work ONLY IF I use 1 stick of RAM. It does not matter if the RAM stick is 8gb or 16gb, it will only post if there is one stick of RAM. I tried a singular stick on each slot individually and it works. But when I add in another stick or even 3 more sticks, it no longer works, with the DRAM light coming on.

On both situations, I have tried swapping motherboards, RAM, CPU, and PSUs. BIOS is updated to the latest on each as well.

did you try using all of your sticks individually in the pc that will boot? (not the same stick in each slot)

yes, i tried a total of 6 sticks individually, each will boot. But when I try using them together, they do not boot

i tested every slot with a single module, they would work on the first PC, on PC 2, they do not work

Just to be sure, you werent trying to use ddr4 or ddr5 on the wrong motherboards right?
