issue: cpu cooler fans arnt reading temp or showing fan speed not sure if its the problem but cpu overheats then blue screens idels at like 115 degrees f to 131 degrees f

pc users typically report temps using Celsius. What temps is it overheating to? 113F (46C) and 131F (55C) temps are ok and not overheating at those temps. I would be concerned if it gets higher than 90C+ (194F)
