Hey does anyone know why this happens. It only happens with COD my resolution will go from 1920x1080 to auto 640x480 and I cant change it

I already tried reinstalling my drivers which did fix it for like 12hrs yesterday

I have a 3rd monitor which is a TV I just pluged it in with no games open and it auto changed my main monitor to 640x480
