#How has my computer not exploded yet?

msot people do pc stuff in celcius and I don't really feel like converting.. so cna you do it?
Is this idle temp?
These temps are fine
seems completely normal to@me
I can guess your max temps are on the 3rd row and the die didn’t exceed 80, your averages are in the 60s
thats normal? nice to know then
always felt like the fans werent doing a good job but guess it is
Yeah a 5900x wouldn’t throttle until 95c
@obtuse glen are those temperatures when the PC is idle?
looks like high 50s to low 60s at idle
which is fine
depends on the cooling solution though @obtuse glen
Also depends on the fan curve. I let my cpu idle at high temps just to not hear the system
Might be a little on the high side for idle
Its when you’re gaming or doing an intensive workload that temps really matter
ive seen my cpu idle at 65-67
Dang ok
ambient temps play a role too
Ambient temp would be 26C
not always
Oh then those temps are fine lol
whats that fan that everyone likes that has color and u can attach to one another? not corsair
w.e that is called im using like 9 of those
- noctia cooler
Lian li uni fans?
25-26C is not standard room temperature, it might be in classrooms but theres a lot of variance depending on location
ive probably easily had ambient temps of 30C since no central air + gaming increases ambient temperature
25C-26C is just an ideal
81F is around 27-28 C. Smh I can't convert in my head
your temps are fine.
But yea your temps are fine
if that's under load it's fine.
CPUs are meant to hit 200F under load at max
You start worrying when your idle is 95c and your fans are going 100%, then something is very wrong, like dead pump wrong
when my room didn't have ac my 5800x was hitting like 80c or whatever I just loved with it.
i got that too
and then theres fancontrol that i use for my fan curves
where do u see the rpms on hwinfo64
it only shows gpu fans and such
and not the 9 lian li
if its not connected to a pwm header hwinfo64 wont read it
probably not
i dont recall lian li doing that
it was basically a fans connected to a box and the box connected to 1 cable thing
would fancontrol show the stuff without being connected to a pwn header?
no
