i dont see where its burnt
Its slightly more blackish
talking about this?
based on visual inspection, no
It did burn tho
how did you know that it got burnt
It was cuz of me dumb
I don’t even see where it was burnt so definitely not that bad
The best thing to do would be figure out what connects to what and take a multimeter to it, but that’s a lot of research
Well can't u see it's more darker?
There are dark spots
Would I be fine plugging this in
I dont have a multi meter sadly
yeah, but what did you do
i think telling us what you did will help us determine if its actually damaged or not
pcb discoloration is bound to happen over time
Well I'll tell u it was cuz of heat
thats fine
Could this burn short the circuit?
why are you using a heatgun on your gpu
I was drying it after cleaning cuz coffee spill
Also does this mean my gpu might fail in the future? Should I sell it ?
Would ipa been enough to clean coffee the gpu was smelling like coffee
I just rinsed it in water was that a bad idea
the point of the ipa is to dissolve any sugars or polar materials on the gpu
it wont do much since you'd want a cleaner but letting it sit in IPA is better than nothing
Don't burnt spots like become conductive?
