#Am5 build stuck on orange light

Hey guys, recently build a new AM5 build and first boot just stuck on orange DRAM light. Here's the system spec:
Ryzen 7 7800x3d
Asus Rog Strix X670-E
Gskill Trident Z5 2x32 Model F5-6000J3238G32GX2-TZ5RS
NZXT kraken elite 240mm
Zotac Trinity OC 4090
2tb SN850X SSD
Lian Li O11 Air Mini
EVGA 1600W PSU

Issue: Orange light on first boot.
Solutions tried:

  1. Left for 1 hr, still stuck on orange light (because some posts on reddit said AM5 system needs to have DDR5 ram re-calibrate)
  2. Tried to remove and install different set of ram, still same issue (tried two sets, another 2x32 and a 2x16, still orange light)
  3. Tried to remove second stick and just have 1 stick in A2 slot (second to the left slot because manual says fills up A2 and b2 first)
  4. Tried to only have 1 stick in A1 slot, same issue

At this point, I'm really thinking its a mobo issue unless anyone else have something different

Did you update the bios?

I mean that mobo could easily not have the bios support for a 7800x3d out of the box

Lemme try that. Haven't tried updating bios. Would've thought it should've shown different code (like white cpu light) not orange

Yep, ram is fully seated. I even hear the clicks

Yeah I've done it like 9-10 times now. And everytime making sure it's tightly in there

Guess I had 4 bad ram sticks? what a bad bad day

Reddit was blowing up with the non pushed in ram for a while there

Broken ram sticks are very rare especially 4 of them

2 of the same set. I know the 1st set was bad cuse the led wasn't coming on also

Yeah one set was bad . The other set looks alright. Guess it was combination of weak hands and bad ram
