#Can't update BIOS (Asus B650 A)

Hi I'm having issues trying to update my Bios on my mobo Asus B650 A,
When I try to update from the bios it restarts when appears the processing bar
I tried with Bios Flash port on the back side and still having issues

I restarted my CMOS and removed my battery for 30 min and when I try again still this problem, any fix for this?

to update your bios like what did you do?

The first step was updated the bios from the bios

with ez tool

And then with bios flashback

I follow the instructions from the asus website

you initiate the bios update and then it goes to the progression bar and your PC just restarts?
