I just got new GPU RX 6600 XT and Had some issues at first but then they got solved but now whenever I leave my pc for 10-15 minutes and monitor turns off , I can't make it awake , from moving my mouse , my motherboard ports stop working as much as I learned since I tried to unpluging and re-pluging in and out , when I press Shut-down it doesn't work as much as I understand since it takes too long and I just press PSU turn off button and On to get back to working PC

can you check if your system goes to sleep?

It goes to sleep but doesn't come out of sleep and as I said everything that is plugged in my motherboard is useless and when I try re-plugging it doesn't even light up mouse/keyboard

yeah

just disable it from going to sleep/hibernate

sleep/hibernate usually causes weird behaviors and its best to avoid it by just having the pc not go to sleep

9/10 times behavior like that is software not hardware
