Got it in spring 2021

My issue is that this morning it was stuck on the gigabyte logo without a spinning circle(it's a pre built btw) And I went over to turn off the power on the power strip and turned it off as it was doing its thing and I was wondering if maybe the PSU died? But it still powers my keyboard and I can charge stuff on it just fine, Maybe I could clear CMOS or take out the watch battery? But I don't know where those would even be and too scared to try myself because I have no experience with computers in general

Well we really just need to know what Mobo it is and find the PDF for it.

CLR_CMOS is generally a button or 2 pins near the bottom of the mobo
