I think this is a glitch? If it's a feature then nvm this.
So basically I can't scroll in the friends list normally, the only way to scroll is to just scroll from the side which sometimes it scrolls and other time it hits the side scrolling thing and puts the scrolling navigation thing in there. Yeah if you try from the right side it’ll just not operate like in your video, but if you scroll from the left pointed out here it functions smoothly.
