Game freezes randomly

My game freezes randomly during matches. I run on Omega settings with 240 FPS on a system with an RTX 3080 and a Ryzen 7 3700X. I have very minimal things open in the background that should not cause any issues (operagx, Discord, etc). I have 128 GB of RAM which is also no issue. My system should be able to run this game to the MAX. This is also the only game to experience this issue. My frames are normal when it doesn't freeze.

I've tried lowering the resolution, limiting my FPS, reinstalling the game to another drive, updating my drivers, and restarted my computer. None of these worked.

Before the game goes into the "loading" game, have you tried to click the character on the main screen? For me it usually "loads" the resources, and only then when after that the match itself is "Loading..." I will have no issues whatsoever in the game. Same goes for just browsing in my browser. But if I browse and close it during the "Loading..." Phase, I either a) get thrown back into the queue (cancelled)" or with a bit of luck I enter the match anyways, but until set 1 it's kinda laggy.

Could be unrelated to my issue.

My game has been going from 60 to 8 fps every time since the update it's so annoying

I’ve just started to have the issue where I can’t get above 20 fps even when using an Ethernet cable and not having anything open in the background. I’m not sure why this is happening because it still happens even when I put on the lowest settings on my game as well, and I have a really good system, and this is the first time this has happened to me despite having played for a year iirc.
