This has happened 4 times on 2 different accounts. I don't do anything, I just load into a game like normal, and then I just blackscreen while banning phase. Not only do I lose RP, but I also gain a Penalty Queue For leaving. Kinda sucks, but it's why I'm on my forward account so I don't have to risk losing RP.

Where you in a Custom game in the video shared above?

Also -- can you pass us a log from a session where this has happened.

The game can crash anywhere if it hits a fault. Custom or matchmade won't make a difference.

Custom match should not be giving you a leaver penalty (we fixed that a couple days before launch) as well as addressed being able to start a custom game while having a leaver penalty.

If you got a leaver penalty from a custom game, we definitely want that log.
