after this match i went to change myself from flex to forward but then i saw it was ALREADY on forward

this happens when you change role and instantly queue. You notice the roles often flick back and forth when you change it, so wait till that has happened

What platform are you playing on? If you are on PC, log files from each launch should be here: %appdata%\..\Local\OmegaStrikers\Saved\Logs

If you reproduce the issue again and grab the log from your run that matches the time when you had the issue, we can find the server log for this session. 😄
