If we talk only about mission, yes, it happens sometimes. 2 or 3 times, If I remember correctly. But on the next day it's completely fine, so I don't feel sad about it)

Also, just a thought: This has happened to me a total of like 4-6 times now. I cannot be sure, but it might happen when I am active (in the game, queueing for match, in an active match, etc.) across the daily mission refresh threshold as this was definitely the case today.

As reference, I was active again (today) across the daily refresh threshold and I was able to complete this mission.! ❤️
