Kazan visual bug and death bug

I was playing the kazan (@hidden ermine) and he used the open secondary-ult, and it hit a staggered zen that then died in the middle of the map, and made his character go sideways. I have clips of my and his perspectives

He said his character went back to normal after striking, but it's unrecorded. I can get my logs if needed, I can't get his though

Although there is sortof a bug here it has nothing to do with Kazan, it's actually the zen fault he died since he dashed to the edge while still in a knockback state which instantly kills him since he touches the edge while having knockback
