Kazan able to KO teammates!?

I previously had a few instances where I thought this might have happened but it was so quick I had passed it off as some other knockback source. However, someone recently supplied this video to the Kazan channel in the Striker Hub and it's pretty unmistakable. It even credits Kazan with the KO.

I think it somewhat ties into the fact that sometimes Kazan's abilities hit people even when they're evasive, since the times that I have experienced this myself it has been while a teammate is using burst. I have specifically seen KOs with Open Primary and Open Secondary + Special, but it may also be possible with the closed variants.

Being able to KO your teammate as they're using Burst is pretty gamebreaking on its own, but the fact that he can hit people through evasive at all is crazy.

Known bug, the way to replicate it is to hit ur teammates while they are evaded

why it hasn't been patched is a beats me
