Finii's special and Rune's special 'voiding' each other

Players banished by rune's special won't be slowed anymore while in Finii's special.
Maybe related to this patch note from the new season

[BUGFIX] No longer slows or vacuums enemies who are EVASIVE

I don't know if rune's special is meant to set players as Evasive when it says they're 'banished'
