#Account inconsistently fails to load on Mobile

Issue Description:
My account fails to correctly load roughly 2/3 I attempt to open the game on mobile.

Waiting around for it to finish loading doesn't seem to do anything; I have to fully close and re-open the game and hope that my account is correctly loaded.

I'm running the game on the same network as my PC, with no obvious network issues I could find with diagnostic tools.

I've rarely experienced this issue on PC, and it quickly resolves itself after a couple seconds in the few cases where it did occur.

Just did some testing, managed to reproduce the exact problem 4 out of 11 times.
Changing the network managed to fix it each time, but I had to specifically wait for the game to log me out due to being offline before it worked.

I was gonna run a bunch more test cases, but the time to login & rate of the issue occurring has significantly lowered.
I'm not sure if the issue is more likely to occur on a "cold" or un-cached login compared to repeatedly attempting to login within a ~20 minute time period.

Just to be 100% clear about the problem; everything gets loaded correctly except access to certain menus & matchmaking.
It seems like the game just somehow fails to remember I have already completed the tutorial, and ends up locking off access to menus / queue as if this was a fresh account.
