#Extra Special not granting ultimate reset on each new round

In a normal match as Vyce, I noticed that although Extra Special reduces my cooldown, it does not seem to reset at the start of each round as of the new patch.

I’m having the same issue, noticeably with Vyce in competitive. Is this a bug for all characters or just Vyce?
