you can't move around, you can't cast any ability's, the bug ends when you get knocked out by the enemy team

I also got this one.
You are unable to move or use abilities until you are koed. It also is not fixed when a goal is scored.

Reposting this from another thread about the same issue just so it gets around easier, don't mind me:
To add my own experience, I've heard this happens to other characters as well, not just exclusively Kazan, and I just played a match against a Rune where this happened to me the first time I was banished, but none of the 4 or 5 times after that
