juliette's special doesn't block you from using other abilities if used during a dash

If you use juliette's spacial during a dash it'll activate like intended but it'll also not block you from using other abilities like primary or core flip which results in weird interactions.

the abilities also don't seem to work unless the entire duration of the special has gone by even though it got cancelled.
