Help, Im getting "The server wasn't able to fulfill your request" when i try to start a game. Tried restarting and verifying integrity of game files and still nothing.

Same issue but not for leaving, entire enemy team left and I got penalized for it

me and @rose yoke were in this game also and we are recieving the same thing we had made the other team rage quit and it seems we are being penalized

I had the same issue today, one of my teamates afk'd adn then i got the message after we played the full game out normally.
if it's of note i had a couple people leave my game earlier today without the same issue happening
but the game i played just now followed with the same thing others are reporting
