Striking core (with M1 in your case) while in evasive state, cancels the evasive early (as opposed to waiting its full duration).
You can look at your cooldowns in the video to see what abilities you've used. That you went to dodge pressing Q, then while in evasive, you tried to hit the core back pressing M1 (you can see when the cooldown starts), but unfortunately that ended your evasive state right before Juliette hit with her last strike in her skill.
So you didn't really get hit through evasive, you just ended its duration yourself and instantly got smacked.
