#Random key unbinds

Devs ignore this one.Occasionally, a key would unbind. First time it happened, it was my special on Q. Luckily, I could also use ctrl. The second time was "F" for tactical callouts. Rebinding the key midmatch wouldn't do anything.

~~I think... you can't use callouts on quick play. Checking... You cant! (Nothing said it wasn't. Maybe it being disabled in QP is a bug. Maybe a design choice. I wouldn't know.)~~

As for the Q. I'm dumb. It was the wrong key!
