Game Freezes on startup at this screen, often gets past it but it freezes everything related to the game process while it's here such as overlays.
NA, DouJHINshi Lover, PC player, Specs are: RTX 3080, Intel I7-12700K, early launches of the game never had this issue, happened since vyce and octavia launch.

Happens on ps5 too. Gets past this screen, then just black... audio works.. but just black screen.
