Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a party of 3 in co-op vs. a.i.
  2. Make everybody a forward or goalie
  3. Start the game
  4. Wait forever...

I'm pretty sure you have to have the two main roles filled to play a game so one of you just needs to switch to flex or goalie
