Hello, so my friend is a first time player for omega strikers and is trying to get the game to work on their switch, but every time they open up the game it seems to get stuck on the opening screen as shown, and doesn't go past it. They say they have tried restarting their switch and uninstalling and reinstalling the game as well.

I joined server for this too. I have the same problem except i am stuck on the menu screen with the PLAY button saying Loading, unable to see strikers, unable to go to the battle pass nor shop

So i only searched ‘Nintendo’ on the search engine and then it occurred to me to search ‘switch’

There were more bug forums available

#

A couple advised to check and correct the switch’s time to the current date and time

#

That fixed my problem
