I am not complete sure but I think the bug occured because the afk person got mvp for that round and now the camera is completely stuck. I cant see anything idk if the enemy team can either but we all can still use abilities.
I'll see the logs and edit this once out of game. I couldn't find them, I don't have a "Saved" Folder

same problem after someone disconnected, it fixed itself when the enemy team scored 3 times

Had same bug, stuck in Juliette MVP animation after draft. We had one leaver in enemy team. Normal game mode.
Workaround: Quitting and reconnecting to game fixes it.
