Bug Description:
Screen stuck staring of the halftime background when the match had already started.
Mashed keys, did nothing.
I rejoined and it fixed.
What I was doing:
After picking my skill, I alt-tabbed out but during that time something happened to cause my screen to stay in the transitioning state.
Abnormalities:
Enemy Team had 3 teammates at the start of the skill selection screen, 40 seconds after I was bugged I pressed Tab and there was 1 enemy.
Unclear if the enemy team's situation was related.
(They were either the cause or they were bugged too and left almost instantly, but never came back.)
