Masking part of a circle in a material

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for a way to mask part of a circle using an angle. I have the first part of the indicator working but I'm not sure on how to mask everything outside this angle. In that case in the video I should cast a spell with 90 degree, so only the part inside the 90 degree should fill and not the full circle.

This is for the cone shape, this part work as intended

And this is the fill section, the part in the bottom is my attempt so substract what outsie the angle
