#Crash outside of PIE- Exception violation

I have identified the cause, I have a 4k x 4k static mesh with complex as simple as the landscape, no nanite due to the inaccurate collision. Is there a way I can force the runtime to wait for the actor to load.. or windows for that matter, thats what was calling for the engine exit, im assuming it detected a "stall" durring the loading process.
It runs beautifully in the editor, im just unsure why it can't wait a couple extra seconds and load at runtime..
I cut it up into different meshes, but its still crashing the engine...
