for a more balanced pvp experienced i think untargeted jump skills (such as blinkpool, execution of justice, rending entry and bloody rush) should share cool down of similar nature and should all work/interact the same.
firstly i want to adress the cool down of rendring entry which is currently 3s in pve and only 5s in pvp. considering blinkpools cool down for mages is 15s, bloody rush ~20s and templars execution of justice is 25s i would argue a higher cooldown for blades skill is only fair.
secondly those jump skills should either all not work if you are rooted (from skills like sneaker, rooting or satanology) or work regardless. right now you can use rending entry and execution of justice while being rooted. blinkpool on the otherhand is perhibited while grounded.

can we get rangers nerfed first, then this?
Guess u are range class so with this gap closer nerf u can play Beach Head in flyff.
If the cooldowns are the same, maybe melee classes should also have slightly longer range on their auto attacks and skills for better balance.
