Many don't know about this skill, but this skill is essentially an "AoE Gvur". This means it's an ability that removes debuffs from your allies, and in this case it is a 'select area' type move. The inclusion of this move in the Seraph skillset is great, and it's one of the things we've been suggesting for a long time.
However, the cooldown? We need to talk about it. Currently the cooldown is 1 Minute and 15 Seconds long. This is insane.
To give reference here, Gvur Tialla has a standard cooldown of 2 seconds when maxed out. Now I can understand if a more powerful AoE version of this 'remove debuff' ability were to have slightly more cooldown than the standard gvur does, but this extreme amount of time effectively makes it not applicable within our skillset. Remember we still have access to normal Gvur. So I propose the cooldown for Blessing of the Wise be radically adjusted down to like 5 seconds or something.
Edit for Clarification: This is intended to refer to PVE balancing, and is not necessarily balanced for PvP modes. As it stands currently, there is only one cooldown timer for this move, regardless of PvP or PVE.
And for the love of Rhisis, put some actual sound effects on it please. It's just sloppy unfinished work to have skills with zero sounds.
