Currently the passive auto casts , what does not make too much sense is to have a 5 minute cooldown when the stacks go unused. Change would be no cooldown if 3 stacks are present when skill duration is over. Could even try a cooldown depending on stacks left when skill ends though that may be a bit much

It's a known issue that wasn't fixed with the update.

IMO cd should be 2 mins considering how hard mobs are hitting and some ankou attack are instakill
