Allow entering Arena from all Channels

You allow entering Kalgas from all Channels, but don't allow entering the Arena from all Channels. That wastes time, please make it the same way. I want to enter the Arena from any Channel including the PK channel.

It just doesn't make sense to enter the arena where you can PK from a PK channel.
