Summary: Wardrobe Cloak items/fashion are not able to be transmuted as a cloak.

Expected result: To be selected as one of the cloak
Actual result: Cannot be selected
Additional comments
I have been noticing that some of the items that are supposed to be a cloak are not able to be transmuted as one.
This items only shows up whenever I have tried to put Ruby yukata wings in the Primary item box.

These are considered Wing items. You can buy blank wings at the NPC Lean in Saint Morning to transmutate these.
