Summary: When using a SoR and using any aoe skill either non-target aoe or target aoe on a monster, for a short period of time, any player which is in range of the skill will be affected by the debuffs the skill will give to monsters too. E.g. Stun, Slow, Reduced Hitrate, reduced magic damage, rooting, etc. ...
